Long Lake Access & HOA Information

MAIN ENTRY GATE

  • Location: 2600 Long Lake Drive (corner of Long Lake Drive and Overton Brooks Road).
  • Guarded hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM daily.
  • Residents: Display your Long Lake windshield sticker for entry.
  • Visitors or residents without stickers: Register with the guard.
  • Windshield stickers are issued with valid resident identification.
  • Guard House phone: 318-798-9659.

BACK GATE

  • Location: 1200 West Pointe Drive (corner of West Pointe Drive and Goldsberry Drive).
  • Gate type: Unmanned private gate maintained by Long Lake HOA.
  • Open access: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.
  • Restricted hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (access card required).
  • Eligible users: Long Lake residents and residents residing on Goldsberry and Harris Lane (east of the railroad tracks).

BOAT LAUNCH

  • Location: 2955 North Pointe Drive.
  • Foot access: Available 24 hours daily for residents and their visitors.
  • Boat launch and parking: Require a valid access card.
  • Allowed equipment: Battery-operated trolling motors, sails, and oars only.
  • Prohibited: Gasoline-powered motors.

ACCESS CARDS (Back Gate and Boat Launch)

  • Access cards may be purchased from the Gate Guard or CFO Pro Solutions for $100 each.  Cards remain valid for as long as you reside in Long Lake.

HOA DUES (2027)

  • Annual dues: $720.00.
  • Due date: Payments must be received by January 1.
  • Late fee: 10% monthly fee applied after February 1.
  • Delinquency: Unpaid balances may result in a lien on the property.
  • Payment Options; Mail a check, give to gate guard or submit a completed direct debit form to:
